In Search of the Best Music Blogs
Author: Ed
Earlier in October, we introduced Club Philips to you: this tool allows you to add MP3’s from your favourite blogs by copying the URL of the track and saving it to your Club Philips ‘My Media’. You can then create your own playlists from all those great tracks out there and listen to them via your STREAMIUM. This basically screams for a list of great music blogs.
One of our favourites is GorillavsBear. They just did a post on their best songs of 2010, so in case you have missed a few great indie tunes this year, this is a great chance to catch up! 23,226 followers on Twitter can’t be wrong!
Indieshuffle.com is another gem in the blogosphere. They post a couple of great tunes every day, ranging from rare remixes to the latest indie hits so if you want some new ipod input, this is just the right blog for you.
If you like a broader spectrum, pop on over to the Music Ninja. This blog covers Alternative/Rock, Electronic, Folk, Experimental and Hip Hop. This week they have an awesome Michael Jackson ‘Bad’ remix up which is totally worth checkin out. Just click here.
And another blog who has a safe place in our hearts: Pigeons and Planes. This visual diary is a place where you can keep up with good new music, whether it be mainstream hip-hop, indie rock, or anything in between.
We really hope we gave you some inspirations with our most hearted blogs… if you have any great blogs you’d like to share with us, get in touch via Twitter. On this occasion, we’d like to introduce German Radio Station BYTE.FM to you – Each second Wednesday, they do a show called ‘Blog n Roll‘ where they introduce their favourite blogs with a selected playlist.
