GENERAL NEWS: Love Parade 2010 in Germany

The 15th Love Parade is going down on Saturday, the 24th of July 2010 in the town of Duisburg, Germany. It is one of the biggest festivals worldwide and around a million people from all over the world gather to celebrate love, respect and tolerance as well as the sounds of electronic music in all it’s different forms. The festival originated in 1989 in Berlin, Germany. It was first celebrated four months before the final demolition of the Berlin Wall and was held as a political demonstration for peace and international understanding through love and music.
Famous Djs performing this year are Tiesto und David Guetta, Booka Shade, Boys Noize and Mark Knight, just to name a few.
Swiss techno radio station Uzic do different shows on electronic music and each session will be a selection of the finest techno/minimal sounds from one chosen country so this will give you a great overview of what’s hot right now in the electronic music scene.
